DAY ONE – Arrival

We depart from your home and travel to Llanelli arriving late afternoon you will have time to relax before dinner this evening.

 

DAY TWO – Gower Peninsula and Mumbles

Today we admire the beauty of the Gower Peninsula and the Mumbles.  We visit the Gower Heritage Centre in a converted water mill where a guide will join the coach for a tour of the peninsula’s highlights before returning for an included cream tea or Welsh Cawl (soup/broth) and tour of the mill. We then visit Swansea, take in the waterfront, and the maritime quarter before we continue back to our hotel.

 

DAY THREE – Plas Llanelly House and Carmarthen

This morning after a leisurely breakfast we head into Llanelli and visit Plas Llanelly Houe, where history comes to life with a 90-minute guided tour that leads you on a rich and scandalous journey through time. We’ll then visit Carmarthen, one of Wales’s oldest towns , time at leisure here to take a look around.  Take a stroll over the bridge into town, or walk along the riverbank. We’ll then return to our hotel.

 

DAY FOUR – Tenby

Today we travel to Tenby enjoying the day in this well-known town with its warm atmosphere and Victorian houses. Experience the friendly harbour, relax, and unwind on one of the three fantastic beaches or simply sit and watch the world go by. There is an array of delightful shops to browse and restaurants, pubs, and tea rooms to obtain lunch.

 

DAY FIVE – Departure

After breakfast we leave our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.
