A Day in beautiful Derbyshire.
We visit Hardwick Hall one of the finest Elizabethan buildings in the country, Hardwick Hall is a perfect place to discover and explore historic architectural and artistic delights. From the first view of the grand Entrance Hall, up the twisting and turning staircase decorated with tapestries to the top of the Elizabethan floor, head on a journey of extravagance and power.
*Please Note: It’s a short walk or a leisurely stroll of about five to 10 minutes from the coach park to the toilet facilities, shop, restaurant and garden and a further five to 10 minutes through the gardens to the front of the hall.

We depart from your selected pick-up point and head east to Bakewell where we enjoy a break and a stroll around this most popular town situated on the banks of the river Wye. Full of rich heritage and tradition, and of course famous for the Bakewell Tart, a dessert made with almond paste and puff pastry, is a must-try.
We depart Bakewell and travel the short distance to Hardwick Hall, for an afternoon visit. With so much to see and do, we will spend some time here exploring before our journey home.
