A flourishing port for over 400 years, today Falmouth is a bustling town with many attractions including the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle. A charming old port with a year-round mild climate that allows sub-tropical gardens to flourish and boasts one of the highest average sunshine records in Britain.

We depart from your home and travel to Falmouth arriving late afternoon with time to relax before dinner this evening.
Today is a day at leisure to explore the delights of Falmouth or relax at the hotel. Maybe take the opportunity to try a spa treatment or enjoy the leisure facilities at the hotel. Stroll through the bustling cobbled streets and visit Falmouths charming mix of shops, from specialist outlets to well-known high-street names and art galleries. Try not to miss the chance to visit the National Maritime Museum.
A full-day tour today, driving first via Marazion for some fine views of St Michaels Mount before arriving in Penzance with its long sweeping promenade. On then to pretty St Ives.
St Ives is one of the most quaint and attractive towns in Cornwall with a golden sand beach, narrow cobbled streets and colourful granite cottages that earn it the reputation of being an artists paradise.
Please note there is a park and ride service for St Ives that comes at a small cost. (not included).
Today we visit the bustling city of Truro with its flowing rivers, picturesque streets with 18th and 19th century townhouses and a magnificent cathedral that dominates the city. On then to Trebah Gardens a sub-tropical paradise with a stunning coastal backdrop. Trebah offers visitors a year-round experience. There is a colourful array of 100-year-old rhododendrons, magnolias, camellias and a giant gunnera whilst Hydrangea Valley casts clouds of China blue and soft white across Mallard Pond.
After breakfast we leave our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.
