DAY ONE – Betws y Coed and Arrival

We depart from your home and travel to Betws y Coed for lunch then onto Caernarfon and your hotel.  There will be mulled wine on arrival, then time to explore and relax before dinner this evening.

   

DAY TWO - Caernarfon

Today we have a day at leisure in Caernarfon. We’ll have tea/coffee and mince pies this afternoon, and live entertainment this evening to enjoy after dinner.

 

DAY THREE – Portmeirion

Today we explore Portmeirion with its architectural heritage, stunning setting and sub-tropical gardens. Situated on a private peninsula overlooking stunning coastal scenery, the Italian Riviera meets rural Wales with a riot of colour and architectural styles.Built by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis, Portmeirion is now one of Wales’ most popular tourist destinations.

 

Portmeirion Village is well known as the location for the 1960s cult TV series The Prisoner.

We’ll return to our hotel later, with time to relax before dinner this evening.

 

DAY FOUR - Departure

After breakfast we depart from our hotel and make our way home arriving home.
