Well be visiting Anglesey and enjoy the Puffin Island cruise, as well as venturing into Snowdonia where we visit Betws y Coed. Enjoy the history and architecture of Conwy Castle, and Plas Newydd House & Gardens, and the spectacular Bodnant gardens.

We depart from your home and travel to Llandudno, time to relax and enjoy the town before dinner this evening.
Today you have a day at leisure in Llandudno. We have included a City Sightseeing ticket for you for today so you can enjoy a trip to Rhos on Sea should you like to take a tour down the coast. This delightful town has seen a promenade renovation recently, with many tea rooms and cafés its a great place to relax and watch the world go by.
Today our guide will take us around Conwy as we explore the walled town on foot before heading into the Castle. Thanks to the restored spiral staircases in its great towers, you can walk a complete circuit around the battlements of Conwy Castle. We highly recommend it. This is one of the most magnificent medieval fortresses in Europe.
Returning to Llandudno this afternoon theres time to relax before dinner this evening.
Today we travel first to Caernarfon, dominated by one of the most impressive castles in Wales. The huge castle, with its unusual octagon towers, was the largest of many built by Edward I at the end of the 13th century.
This afternoon we board the all-weather cruiser to Puffin Island home to many species of birds and wildlife. The 1½ hour cruise, with live commentary, takes you right round the island with regular sightings of puffins, grey seals, and dolphins.
We then head over the Menai Straits today and on to the Isle of Anglesey, where we have a little time in picturesque Beaumaris. The castle is an unfinished masterpiece, built in 1295.
We also visit Plas Newydd House & Garden, a Grade-1 listed house, on the banks of the Menai Strait. Discover the early history of William Paget, Secretary of State to Henry VIII, and the bravery of the first Marquess of Anglesey who famously lost a leg in the Battle of Waterloo. Learn about the 5th Marquess and the extravagant lifestyle that led to the 40-day sale and the 6th Marquesss family making Plas Newydd their family home. Explore the combined history of military, theatre, and art, enjoy the tranquil landscape and woodlands, and enjoy the Old Dairy Café.
Today we visit Bodnant Gardens, where you have time to explore this stunning Grade I historic garden, formal garden, meadows, arboretum, and garden architecture, as well as enjoying the tea rooms, and craft/gift shops. A lovely way to spend the day before returning to our hotel later this afternoon.
A day at leisure in Llandudno, why not walk to the end of the pier, or take a stroll along the promenade. Or simply relax in the hotel and watch the world go by.
This morning we will first visit the Home Front Museum in Llandudno, where exhibits showcasing life during World War II include recreations of shops and homes a fascinating little place, well worth a visit.
Well then visit Betws y Coed, where you have some time to take a stroll around, and visit the retail area, and coffee shop. Before we take a scenic tour back to Llandudno where you will have time to relax before dinner this evening.
After a leisurely breakfast we depart Llandudno and make our journey home, with a stop along the way to visit Tweedmill Shopping Outlet.
