DAY ONE – Arrival

We depart from your home and travel to Hereford for lunch then onto your hotel where tea & coffee will be served on arrival whilst your luggage is taken to your room.  Time to relax before dinner.

 

DAY TWO – Witney and Cotswolds Wildlife Park

This morning, we head to the delightful Oxfordshire town of Witney.  Here we have time for lunch before our afternoon visit to the fantastic Cotswolds Wildlife Park, set in over 160 acres of beautiful parklands the park has an amazingly diverse collection of species many of which are endangered in the wild.

 

DAY THREE – Devizes, Lacock Village and Bowood House

Our excursion today takes us to the Wiltshire town of Devizes. Devizes is a historic market town with a colourful Medieval past, wealth of history and architectural heritage with more than 500 listed buildings and a large marketplace in the heart of the town.   This can all be enjoyed as you discover the wide range of traditional independent shops. We have time for lunch before we drive through Lacock Village, with time to stop if time allows and onto Bowood House. Step into the rich history and natural beauty of the House & Gardens, set within 100 acres of beautifully landscaped 'Capability' Brown Parkland. Enjoy wandering through the gardens and discovering hidden gems or strolling through the house and spotting architectural delights.

 

DAY FOUR - Cotswolds Farm Park and Birdland Park & Gardens

This morning, we begin with a visit to Adam’s Farm – the Cotswolds Farm Park as featured on TV. Adam Henson’s farm is the home of Rare Breeds Conservation and is devoted to the protection of endangered species. There is much to see before we continue our day and visit Birdland Park and Gardens. Discover the weird and wonderful species of birds from all over the world and take a scenic walk around the 50 themed habitats. You’ll be there in time for the penguin and pelican feeds!

 

DAY FIVE - Departure

After breakfast, this morning we depart our hotel and travel through Malvern Hills to Worcester for lunch, before continuing our journey home.
