Well take to the water and enjoy cruises on Loch Lomond and Loch Katrine as well as scenic train journeys and a ride on the unique Falkirk Wheel, the worlds first rotating boat lift.

We depart from your home and travel north to Drymen, a beautiful scenic drive through Cumbria and Lanarkshire. We arrive and have time to settle in before dinner this evening.
A full day today exploring the Trossachs which includes a two-hour cruise along the length of Loch Katrine on board the Steam Ship SS Sir Walter Scott.
Today we have a journey to Falkirk and a trip on The Falkirk Wheel, a rotating boat lift in central Scotland, connecting the Forth and Clyde Canal with the Union Canal. We also enjoy an afternoon train ride on the BoNess and Kinneil steam railway with afternoon tea served on board.
We travel to Glasgow where we join our Scotrail train for a scenic journey to Oban, one of Scotlands most scenic rail routes. Time available for sightseeing in Oban before return to the hotel by coach and dinner this evening.
Explore Loch Lomond with a stop at Lomond Shores for shopping followed by a two-hour cruise on the loch discovering its hidden islands.
Today we depart our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.

Situated on the pretty village green in the conservation village of Drymen, located in the heart of the beautiful Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. Sensitively extended and refurbished, whilst retaining all its traditional charm, the hotel offers friendly hospitality and comfortable accommodation. Restaurant, Bar & Conservatory Lounge. The hotel does not have a lift, but some ground floor rooms may be available.
DAY ONE
