On this short break we visit Illuminate Sandringham, an interactive, illuminated light trail… enchanting and full of wonder! Deep within Sandringham Estate, the trail of lights, colour, ambience and sound will take you on a sensory stroll through a spectacular world of light.

We’ll be staying in Kelling, situated on the North Norfolk Coast, between Sheringham and Cromer. This small village lies within the Norfolk Coast AONB and has a reputation for smuggling.

DAY ONE – Arrival

We depart from your home and travel to Norfolk and our hotel with time to relax before dinner this evening.

 

DAY TWO – Redwings Horse Sanctuary and Illuminate Sandringham

This morning, after breakfast we make our way to Aylsham, and Redwings Horse Sanctuary, situated in idyllic Norfolk countryside, Redwings Aylsham is home to over 50 rescued residents including real-life Black Beauty Maya, donkey duo Wiggins and Wacko, and Redwings’ notorious herd of Shetlands, "The Gangsters". You can enjoy refreshments in the on-site café. 

We’ll return to our hotel for an early dinner, before we board the coach again to visit Illuminate Sandringham, an interactive, illuminated light trail… enchanting and full of wonder! Deep within Sandringham Estate, the trail of lights, colour, ambience and sound will take you on a sensory stroll through a spectacular world of light.

Returning to our hotel later this evening, with some lovely memories of this magical place.

 

DAY THREE - Departure

After breakfast, this morning we leave our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.
