Our day trip today embraces the Bronte Sisters as we visit the Bronte Parsonage Museum, and Howarth.
The Bronte parsonage Museum holds the largest variety of original Brontë items in the world, and is certified a Designated Collection by Arts Council England.
Situated above the Worth Valley on the edge of the bleak Pennine moors, Haworth is internationally famous for its connection with the Bronte Sisters, and today you can visit this wonderful village with its great tea rooms, souvenir and antiquarian bookshops and restaurants, and heaps of history and connection with the famous sisters.
Bronte Parsonage Museum | Howarth
We depart from your selected pick-up point and travel north to Howarth, first we visit the Bronte Parsonage Museum. Some time here to delve into the wonder of the literacy legends, before we have time in Howarth at leisure.
Enjoy the day before we depart for home at approx. 4pm.
