Our first stop is to London’s largest town centre open space, Richmond-upon-Thames with chance to explore, relax by the river or on Richmond Green followed by a real treat for flower and plant lovers, we visit the Hampton Court Tulip Festival

DAY ONE – Arrival

We depart from your selected pick-up point and begin the journey south with suitable stops en route.

 

DAY TWO – Hampton Court Tulip Festival and Hampton Court Palace

This morning we visit Hampton Court where we include entry to the Palace and Gardens. The annual Tulip festival is underway with 100,000’s of Tulips engulfing the palace and gardens in spectacular floral fashion.  The palace was acquired by Henry VIII in 1520, a succession of Royal occupants has made sure the Palace has a superb collection of furnishings and art. The formal 60-acre gardens include the famous Maze. We also include entrance to Hampton Court Palace.

 

DAY THREE – Richmond-upon-Thames and Departure

After breakfast we leave our hotel and make our way to Richmond-upon-Thames, well known for its beautiful green open spaces, rich history and a favourite destination for thousands of local and international visitors. After our visit, we continue our journey home with comfort stops en route.
