DAY ONE – Arriva

We depart from your home and travel to Norfolk arriving late afternoon you will have time to relax before dinner this evening.

 

DAY TWO – Great Yarmouth

Today we have a day at leisure in Great Yarmouth.

 

DAY THREE – Norfolk Broads Cruise and Norwich

We begin the day with a visit to Wroxham and the charming Norfolk Broads where we enjoy a cruise around the picturesque Broads. This afternoon we head west into Norwich. A visit to the Cathedral is a must, also cobbled Elm Hill and the Castle Mall shopping complex.

 

DAY FOUR – Southwold and Bressingham Gardens & Steam Museum

Today’s excursion takes us first down the coast and into Suffolk to the timeless and delightful resort of Southwold, little changed since Victorian times. This afternoon we head inland to Diss and Blooms of Bressingham Garden Centre. Here we visit nearby Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum. The gardens are renowned the world over for their excellence.

 

DAY FIVE – Blickling Estate and Cromer

Our first visit today is to Blickling Estate, one of England’s great Jacobean Houses. It is famed for its spectacular Long Gallery and collections of furniture, pictures, books and tapestries. The gardens are full of colour throughout the year and the extensive parkland has a lake with beautiful woodland and lakeside walks.

 

We have a chance to explore and maybe enjoy a drink and bite to eat before we visit our coastal resort Cromer for a leisurely afternoon by the sea.

 

DAY SIX – Oulton Broad and Lowestoft

We begin with a drive south to Oulton Broad and Lowestoft, with chance to explore and obtain lunch. Later, we head back to Great Yarmouth.

 

DAY SEVEN – Departure

After breakfast we leave our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.
