DAY ONE – Arrival

We depart from your home and travel south to Eastbourne where with time to relax and unwind ready to enjoy dinner this evening.

 

DAY TWO – Alfriston and Brighton 

We start the day with an excursion to visit the pretty downland village of Alfriston. After our stop, we continue through the Sussex countryside, passing near Lewes before we arrive in Brighton. Spend the rest of the day in Regency Brighton, renowned for its quirky shops in the famous ‘Lanes’ and cosmopolitan outlook.

On our return journey to Eastbourne, we follow the South Coast’s beaches and cliffs taking in breathtaking views over the sea. We pass through Newhaven and by Beachy Head Lighthouse as we return to the hotel.

 

DAY THREE – Hastings

This morning we have a leisurely breakfast before leaving late morning for our afternoon in historic Hastings. Perhaps enjoy a walk through the Warrior Square Gardens, along the seafront, or maybe visit Hastings Pier. The town has a number of historic buildings in narrow streets, transformed into quirky shops, restaurants and cafes. This is the ideal place to enjoy refreshments, and a browse in the summer.

 

DAY FOUR – Eastbourne

Today is a free day in Eastbourne. One of England’s best-loved seaside resorts, Eastbourne has a leisurely atmosphere with its elegant seafront terraces, level promenades and immaculate gardens. Enjoy a seafront stroll, make your way into the town to explore or just sit and relax and watch the world go by.

 

DAY FIVE – Departure

After breakfast we leave our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.
