DAY ONE – Arrival

We depart from your home and travel to Cornwall, arriving late afternoon.

 

DAY TWO – Padstow and Newquay

After breakfast, this morning we enjoy a scenic drive along the coast to the fishing village of Padstow. This charming Cornish fishing village boasts colourful fishing boats, cobbled streets, and a variety of shops. Padstow is also a popular foodie destination as the home to the fish restaurant of celebrity chef Rick Stein. Later we return to Newquay for free time to look around our base or perhaps enjoy the hotel leisure facilities before dinner.

 

DAY THREE – Falmouth and National Maritime Museum

This morning we travel south to the seaside town of Falmouth where we visit the National Maritime Museum. Various exhibits across 15 galleries showcase the influence of the sea on our history and culture. After your visit enjoy free time exploring Falmouth at your own pace. Stroll along the cobbled streets and visit Falmouth’s charming mix of shops, from specialist outlets to well-known high-street names.

 

DAY FOUR – Truro

Today we visit the bustling city of Truro with its flowing rivers, picturesque streets, 18th and 19th century townhouses, and a magnificent cathedral that dominates the city.

 

DAY FIVE – Departure

After breakfast this morning we depart our hotel, and make our journey home, with comfort stops en route.
