Join us for our Scottish holiday this tour based in Central Scotland in the village of Crianlarich. A train ride to Oban is featured as well as a sightseeing excursion around Perthshire and a distillery

· Perthshire sightseeing, taking in Glen Dochart, Killin, Loch Tay, Aberfeldy, Crieff, and Loch Earn
We depart from your home and travel to Scotland along the shore of Loch Lomond to the Crianlarich Hotel arriving late afternoon you will have time to relax before dinner this evening.
We join the Scotrail train at Crianlarich station for the ride to Oban. The line takes us through the Pass of Brander and alongside Loch Etive. In Oban, we have time to explore the town, have a look at the harbour, enjoy lunch and relax. In the afternoon we take the train back to Crianlarich.
Today we head along Glen Dochart to Killin, where we see the spectacular Falls of Dochart rushing through the village. From here we drive along Loch Earn and Glen Ogle to visit the Glenturret Distillery, makers of the Famous Grouse whisky, for a tour and a wee dram.
Later we head North to the picturesque market town of Aberfeldy where we have free time to have a look around. We return via a scenic drive along Loch Tay.
This morning we travel North to the Glencoe Visitor Centre, here we learn all about the feuding clans and the infamous massacre. We then head along Ballachulish and Loch Leven to the popular town of Fort William for our lunch break.
This afternoon we discover one of the hidden wonders of the Highlands - a power station buried deep under Ben Cruachan, the hollow mountain. Whilst here we enjoy free time at the visitor centre and a delicious cream tea in the café. We return over rugged and awesome Rannoch Moor to Crianlarich.
After breakfast this morning we leave our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.

DAY ONE
