Join us for a great day out visiting the delightful Pot House Hamlet, with its varied collection of shops, old mill, and petting farm. We have a visit to Silkstone, a captivating village, before we visit Barnsley Market, it’s Market Day, so take a stroll around the market stalls throughout the town centre as well as over 100 stalls across two floors in the indoor market.

YOUR ITINERARY
Join us at your pickup point and we’ll them journey to Pot House Hamlet, arriving at approx. 11am. You will find there’s lots on offer including The Potting Shed Café, plant nursery, and the stylish womenswear shop. Pop into the fabulous smelling candle shop or discover beautiful handmade jewellery in The Round Tower.
You can also visit the petting farm and get up close to the animals or take a walk down the ancient wagon way alongside Silkstone beck., bring a picnic to have on the table under the oak trees by the stream or bring your bicycle and use our site as a hub to explore the area.
We’ll be in the heart of scenic South Yorkshire, where we see Silkstone, a captivating village enveloped by the breathtaking landscapes of the region. Known for its historical depth and picturesque settings; Silkstone seamlessly merges pastoral serenity with a rich cultural backdrop, appealing to both enthusiasts of history and admirers of nature.
We’ll then visit Barnsley, where it is Market Day. So, take a stroll around the market stalls throughout the town centre as well as over 100 stalls across two floors in the indoor market.
We’ll depart Barnsley at approx. 4.00pm and make our journey home.
