An enchanting mansion and gardens, with spectacular views of Snowdonia.

 

Explore the ancestral family home of the Marquess of Anglesey. Home to Rex Whistler’s famous 58-foot mural and numerous works of art you can also learn about the building and the conservation work to safeguard the house. Helpful guides will be on hand to explain the rooms and collections to you.  Did you know that Plas Newydd has over 100 red squirrels, take a walk through the woodland and you might see one of these amazing creatures for yourself. You can also discover the hidden corners of the garden, as you take a stroll through its 40 acres.
