DAY ONE – Arrival

We depart from your home and travel to Blackpool. Arriving mid-afternoon there is time to relax before dinner and entertainment this evening.

 

DAY TWO – Blackpool and Morecambe

After a leisurely breakfast, enjoy a free morning in Blackpool. The resort’s attractions are easy to reach with your tram pass. Return to the hotel for a light lunch. This afternoon we travel to the seaside town of Morecambe. Stroll along Morecambe’s award-winning promenade with an ice cream and enjoy the views across the bay or perhaps visit the boutique stores and gift shops along the promenade. Look out for the famous statue of Eric Morecambe. Return to the hotel for dinner and tonight’s evening of entertainment.

 

DAY THREE – Southport

A free morning to explore and enjoy Blackpool. Return to the hotel for a light lunch. This afternoon we visit the attractive Victorian seaside resort of Southport with pleasant gardens and the elegant shops of Lord Street. Return to the hotel for dinner and tonight’s evening of entertainment.

 

DAY FOUR – Lytham St Annes

After breakfast another free morning to explore our base of Blackpool followed by a light lunch at the hotel. This afternoon we travel the short distance down the coast to Lytham St Annes. Perhaps wander around the elegant parks and gardens or take a stroll along the restored Victorian Pier before dinner this evening.

 

DAY FIVE – Departure

After breakfast we leave our hotel and make our journey home with a stop en route.

The Doric Hotel Blackpool is located on the North Promenade. This hotel has 103 modern, ensuite bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV, radio, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Hotel has a lift to all floors and facilities include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

If no single supplement applies this is limited to the tour single room allocation and therefore additional cost may apply.  Prices displayed are per person unless otherwise stated.
