On this singles tour to Devon, we visit Christmas markets, great coastal towns, scenic landscapes and have plenty of time to explore and relax. Perhaps pick up a last-minute Christmas gift or simply watch the world go by during this short break.

DAY ONE – Arrival

We depart from your home and travel to Devon arriving late afternoon you will have time to relax before dinner this evening.

 

DAY TWO – Plymouth

Today is a day at leisure in Plymouth. The heart of the city centre is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Explore at leisure or perhaps pick up some individual and unique Christmas gifts at Plymouth Christmas Market.

 

DAY THREE – Torquay and Paignton

Today we continue our holiday and travel to Torquay. Enjoy a stroll around the harbour or explore the town and have a bite for lunch in one of many cafes. This afternoon we then visit Paignton, another coastal resort known for its pier and long esplanade.

 

DAY FOUR – Dartmoor National Park and Exeter Christmas Market

This morning we start with a scenic drive over Dartmoor National Park, taking in the pretty landscapes as we pass through Princetown and Moreton Hampstead enroute to today’s destination - Exeter.

In Exeter, we have the rest of the day to explore. During our visit, Exeter Christmas Market is in full swing with the stunning backdrop of Exeter Cathedral. The markets feature a selection of crafts, fresh food and a bustling atmosphere helped by delicious food stalls and Bavarian-style bars.

 

DAY FIVE – Departure

After breakfast this morning we leave our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.
