Join our coach this morning as we head to Leighton Hall in Carnforth, Lancashire. The ancestral home of the world-renowned Gillow furniture family, Leighton Hall is still lived in today and is no stuffy museum - there aren’t any roped off areas here!
Enjoy the famous collection of Gillow furniture and objets d’art, the gardens, woodland walk and our many special events.

YOUR ITINERARY
We depart from your selected pick-up point and travel north to Lancaster arriving at Leighton Hall around 10.30am - 11am.
On arrival you will be treated to tea or coffee and mince pies in front of an open fire and will then be given a guided tour of the home of the famous Gillow furniture making family. Of course the House will be dressed for Christmas and will give guests a glimpse of nostalgic Christmases gone by in the wonderful estate.
This afternoon it is time for a leisurely drive to Bay View Garden Centre, a very popular garden centre and Christmas shopping experience. Here you’ll be treated to a £9.50 voucher you can spend towards your lunch or an afternoon tea in the modern, air-conditioned restaurant that has panoramic views across Morecambe Bay followed by free time to allow you to shop ‘til you drop!
Bay View has everything you need for the perfect Christmas, from baubles and bunting, to tinsel and trees. They stock an extensive range of plants, garden furniture, pots, garden sundries, home and gift items.
We will depart at Approx. 4pm and make our way home.
