DAY ONE – Arrival

We depart from your home and travel south to The English Riviera with comfort stops enroute. The Babbacombe Hotel enjoys stunning views across Lyme Bay.

 

DAY TWO – Sidmouth

Today we travel to Sidmouth along the coast.  Explore the little streets, museum, and the sea front, or just sit back and relax and watch the world go by.

 

DAY THREE – Cockington Court and Torquay

This morning we make our way to Cockington Court. In recent years Cockington Court has undergone extensive renovation to transform the former aristocratic home into inspiring craft studios and workspace. The businesses who call Cockington Court home, between them offer a diverse mix of craft specialisms. To fit the ethos of the site, the studios are designed to include a shop front as well as a ‘making area’, where businesses demonstrate their specialist skills to visitors.

 

We’ll then make our way to Torquay where you have some free time before we return to our hotel.

 

DAY FOUR – Babbacombe

A day at leisure in Babbacombe, you could visit the model village, or maybe take the cliff railway. Or maybe simply relax in the hotel and enjoy the views over the bay.

 

DAY FIVE - Departure

After breakfast, this morning we leave our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.

The Babbacombe Hotel, set on the seafront enjoying the fantastic coastline from its Bar and Restaurant windows. All rooms offer ensuite accommodation with walk in showers, tea/coffee making facilities and digital flat screen TV's. The hotel has a lift to most bedrooms. The Lift is not for electric wheelchairs or mobility scooters.  Ground floor rooms may be available upon request.
