DAY ONE – Arrival

We depart from your home and travel to Devon arriving late afternoon you will have time to relax before dinner this evening.

 

DAY TWO – Brixham and Paignton

This morning we head for the picturesque fishing port of Brixham where you have time to explore and perhaps obtain lunch before we visit Paignton a traditional seaside resort. We stop a while here, perhaps walk along the pier, before returning to our hotel.

 

DAY THREE – Sidmouth

After breakfast today we travel to Sidmouth, with its red sandstone cliff which dates to the Triassic period.  You have the day at leisure here, why not take a stroll along Millennium Walkway which stretches the length of the beach or relax in the stylish café’s and watch the world go by. We’ll then return to our hotel mid-afternoon when you have time to relax before dinner this evening. There is an optional theatre evening this evening.

 

DAY FOUR – Teignmouth and Dawlish

Today we visit Teignmouth, a real hidden gem, originally a fishing port. What will you discover? Later we’ll continue to Dawlish – one of the UK’s finest beach resorts.

 

DAY FIVE - Totnes

Totnes is a delightful town with plenty to offer, enjoy some time here exploring the historic streets, and finding out the stories and history of the place.  We’ll return to our hotel mid afternoon with time to relax before dinner this evening.

 

DAY SIX – Plymouth

Today we venture further down the coast to Plymouth. You’ll have the day here to explore Britain’s Ocean City, home to breath-taking views, plenty to see and do and lots of fresh, sea air. Why not visit, The Box, Plymouth's major new museum, art gallery and archive. Entry is free and there are nine permanent galleries showcasing the city’s incredible collections that include 14 monumental ships’ figureheads, thousands of natural history specimens, a full-size woolly mammoth replica, objects, film and photography, documents, maps and plans.

 

DAY SEVEN – Babbacombe and Torquay

Today you have the day at leisure to enjoy the delights of Babbacombe and Torquay.

 

DAY EIGHT – Departure

After breakfast we leave our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.

Please Note when booking:  To access all but TWO of hotel single rooms there are a minimum of THREE Stairs and a Maximum of SIX.

Hotel has  NO ground floor single rooms and therefore all of these rooms are accessible by a combination of Lift and the 3-6 steps. ALL Single Rooms have walk in showers.

If you have mobility restrictions please be aware of this, as the hotel are unable to move anyone once the room is allocated. The have NO SINGLE Sea View rooms.

When making bookings you accept on behalf of yourself and your party the terms in our Trading Charter which can be found in our brochure, on our website at http://www.jonesholidays.co.uk/Jones-holidays-trading-charter, or a copy can be requested from our Sales office.  If your holiday is more than 56 days from departure, we offer a 7-day cooling off period where a full refund will be offered from the date of the initial confirmation invoice (with the exception of flight holidays).
